4. Intellectual Property Rights & Permitted Use

• Our Content: All explanations, answers, proprietary keys, software code, UI design, graphics, and analytics features are the exclusive property of Professional Book Publishers, Delhi.
• Public Domain / Third-Party Data: The original questions from public competitive exams (e.g., CLAT, AIBE, Judiciary, UGC NET) belong to their respective conducting authorities. The Website claims no ownership or copyright over the raw, unedited public exam questions themselves.
• Limited License: We grant you a non-transferable, revocable, limited license to view and attempt the MCQs online for personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.

The publisher reserves the right to charge a fee in the future or at a time of his discretion and suiting without requiring consent of the users. All fees if charged in the future are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• No Refunds: Unless required by law or specified otherwise on a product page, all subscription fees paid are final and non-refundable.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & "As-Is" Clause

• Educational Purpose Only: The content provided is for informational and educational purposes to aid competitive exam preparation. It does not constitute legal advice.
• Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate solutions and explanations, statutory laws change frequently (e.g., transitions from IPC/CrPC/Evidence Act to BNS/BNSS/BSA). We do not warrant that all answer keys are completely error-free or updated with the latest amendments at all times. The service is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis.
• AI-Powered Language Translations Disclaimer:
Beta AI Translation Feature: The Website provides an automated, Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered translation tool that allows users to translate question sets, tests, and explanations into various Indian languages. This feature is provided purely as an auxiliary convenience for non-English candidates.
English Language Primacy: The primary, official, and authoritative language of all past year solved papers, answers, and explanations on this platform is English. In the event of any contradiction, ambiguity, discrepancy, or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English text shall strictly prevail and be treated as the final, correct version.
In case of doubt or query please refer to original text in your local language from the official website or source original publication.
No Warranty on Accuracy: Legal terminology is highly nuanced. Automated AI translations may contain critical errors, mistranslations, structural changes, or semantic inaccuracies. They may also fail to accurately convey statutory definitions or the intended logic of multiple-choice answers.
Assumption of Risk: Professional Book Publishers, Delhi does not warrant, guarantee, or represent that the translated text is accurate, reliable, or complete. By using the translation tool, you explicitly agree that you do so at your own risk. The publisher shall not be held liable for any loss, career impact, or negative exam outcomes resulting from your reliance on an AI-translated question or answer key.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Professional Book Publishers, Delhi and its directors or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of exam scores, career opportunities, or financial losses arising out of your reliance on the Website's data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Website, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal demands resulting from your violation of this Agreement, misuse of our platform, or infringement of any intellectual property.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi Only.
