3. Account Registration & Termination
• User Responsibility: You must provide accurate registration details and maintain the total confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Strict Anti-Sharing Policy: Account sharing, selling, or transferring credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Account Termination: The publisher reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you are found to be in material breach of this agreement.
• Third-Party AI Services & Data Processing:
AI Translation Modules: When you utilize the on-the-fly language translation feature on our portal, text requests are processed through secure, automated third-party AI translation engines.
Anonymized Processing: No personally identifiable information (PII)—such as your name, email, or phone number—is shared with or transmitted to these third-party AI translation providers. Only the raw text of the question sets and your language preference are transmitted to generate the translation.
4. Prohibited User Conduct (Material Breach)
You are strictly prohibited from performing the following actions, any of which will trigger immediate account deletion and potential legal action:
• Data Scraping: Deploying automated bots, scripts, spiders, scrapers, or manual extraction tools to copy our questions, answer keys, or explanations.
• Commercial Distribution: Re-publishing, printing, selling, or hosting our proprietary material on any other application, group chat, or website.
• System Abuse: Attempting to bypass the test framework, manipulate timers, or reverse-engineer the test engine architecture or this website.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

6. User Duty to Cross-Refer & Authenticate
• Mandatory Verification: The user explicitly agrees to cross-refer, check, and authenticate data from the official website or standard legal textbooks if in doubt on any question, section, or material found on this website.
• No Reliance on Typos: Typographical variations, formatting changes, wrong answer keys or outdated law references within this website shall not be relied upon blindly for final examination purposes.
• Self Verification of Answer Keys: For any doubt or possible error in answer key, the user agrees to self verify the paper, question or answer key by independently verifying the data and shall hold the publisher harmless for any error or omission.

7. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
• Indemnification Clause: The User shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the publisher against any errors, omissions, mistakes, typos, or inaccuracies found in the text or solutions on the website.
• Limitation of Liability: Professional Book Publishers, Delhi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to exam failure, loss of career opportunities, or emotional distress—arising from your reliance on the website's contents.
8. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
• Pricing: The subscription and portal is currently provided FREE of cost to candidates who purchase the PROFESSIONAL’S AIBE Bare Acts set. The publisher reserves the right to charge a fee in the future or at a time of his discretion and suiting without requiring consent of the users. All fees if charged in the future are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• No Refunds: All payments made on this platform are absolute, final, and strictly non-refundable.
• Taxes: Payments/ Subscriptions are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India, if the platform becomes chargeable in the future.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
• Raw Exam Data: The raw questions asked in historical AIBE public exams belong to the Bar Council of India / respective authorities.
• Proprietary Additions: The compiled solved papers, specific arrangement, explanations, hint notes, analysis algorithms, code, graphics, and layout designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Professional Book Publishers, Delhi. Any unauthorized reproduction is a violation of the Copyright Act, 1957.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• Indian Courts: This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of India.
• Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute or legal proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
