1. Physical Book Purchases

Since digital access is tied to the purchase of physical books, the following rules apply:

• Refunds for physical books are governed by our main bookstore's policy at delhipublishingcompany.com.
• If a book is returned and the purchase is canceled, the associated digital access on this portal will be immediately revoked.

2. Digital Access & Subscriptions

As we provide digital content that is accessible immediately after book verification, we generally do not offer refunds on digital-only services unless there is a technical failure from our end that prevents access for more than 7 working days.

3. Technical Issues

In case you face issues with "Syncing" your book or "Locked" assessments not opening, please contact our help desk:

4. Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same series, please notify us within 24 hours with proof of transaction. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
